"Aissa Murray was our day-of coordinator, and my wife and I could not be happier with how our wedding weekend getaway went! Prior to our wedding, the best wedding we ever attended was coordinated by Wedding Planning Plus, so when it was our turn, we contacted them right away! Planning a Poconos destination wedding is tough, even tougher when your venue is a sleep away camp that doesn't often do weddings. We definitely had a specific image in mind for our wedding, and Aissa there in a golf cart wielding a walkie talkie every step of the way to make sure it was perfect. And it was. "Erin Mckee was our day of wedding coordinator from Wedding Planning Plus. My husband was initially skeptical about hiring a day of coordinator but after all was said and done he told me it was the best money we spent. We really felt like we got to enjoy our wedding day and that is because Erin handled everything. She truly was amazing from start to finish.

Going into wedding planning my biggest worry was running late. We had a tight timeline the day of and I didn't want to worry about being on time. Erin was crucial in making this happen. The day of timeline she created was so detailed and helped ease my worry. I am fully convinced that without her our wedding wouldn't have gone as smoothly. My husband and I had a stress free day and I attribute most of that to Erin and her hard work."

Sascia and Kevin - August 1, 2015

Sascia and Kevin were married at The Sagamore Resort on August 1, 2015.  They had a beautiful day and with plenty of sunshine and those classic Lake George winds perfectly moved all the pretty layers of Sascia's wedding dress.  

The Sagamore Resort has so much to offer, and Sascia and Kevin planned their wedding weekend as a true destination event for their guests.  They offered activities all over the Sagamore property starting with welcome drinks on Friday night, the wedding and after-party with bonfire on Saturday, and ended their weekend with a post-wedding brunch on Sunday morning.  Lake George in August is always gorgeous, and Sascia and Kevin's wedding weekend certainly didn't disappoint!

These two are such a fun couple and they laughed all day long.  They sent their photographer Rob Spring some examples of silly wedding shots they wanted to have taken which tells you the type of couple they are and the type of fun they wanted to have with their big day.  The true focus for Sascia and Kevin was to have their band play as much as possible because they wanted their guests to dance!  Abby at the Sagamore and I created a custom reception timeline and boy did these guys get what they asked for!  The Silver Arrow Band rocked the party from the beginning with introductions straight through to the last song of the night.  

Joining me on this wedding was a fantastic group of vendors!  It's always fun to work with Rob Spring and his team from Rob Spring Photography.  Not only are their photos so gorgeous but Rob is always joking and keeping the mood light and fun!  Abby Shriber was a pleasure to work with, as always, and with all the Sagamore weddings I had we got to see a lot of each other this summer!  Silver Arrow Band rocked the reception, Finishing Touches made beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres, Total Events wowed with the rental chairs and reception decor, and the stylists at the Sagamore Salon made all the ladies look wedding day ready.

Thank you Sascia and Kevin for choosing me as your wedding coordinator.  You are both amazing people and I wish you a lifetime of happiness together!

Ashley and Tim Show Some Love For Erin McKee!

"Erin McKee was my day of wedding coordinator from Wedding Planning Plus. Let me just say this was so much more then just the day of wedding prep. This was a two month commitment from Erin and she was absolutely amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with and so eager to help with anything. I am so honored to have had Erin at our wedding. She went above and beyond. Week’s prior to the wedding, Erin and I whittled away at a checklist to make sure she would not miss a detail. This list made me feel so good about how the wedding day was going to unfold. If anything was missing, Erin would make sure it got done. A few weeks before the wedding, Erin met with me at the venue. She wrote down every detail of what I wanted for the wedding, contacted my vendors, and took all my stress away. I did not have to worry about a thing with Erin by my side. Erin took full control with the vendors and setting up all the details at the wedding. Erin personally made sure I was taken care of at all times and managed to also make sure the wedding was running smoothly. She constantly checked in with me and made me feel secure the entire day. Erin did everything from setting up the venue and communicating with vendors, to shaking out my wet wedding dress from the rain, collecting all personal items from the wedding, and helping bridal party with any and all needs. Erin setup before the wedding and cleaned up at the end. She made sure all my belongings from the wedding returned safely to our hotel room. Not only was everything returned but also the room was set up with flowers, a heart shape on the bed, champagne, candles, our gifts and my veil hanging beautifully on the door. I was so impressed and still am. I highly recommend Wedding Planning Plus. They made the most important day of my life that much more special and perfect!"
